  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 days

  • Express Shipping : Estimated delivery within 3 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays, customs).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs fair and competitive.

  • Local delivery or pickup options may be available depending on your location.

  • Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount. 


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Delayed or lost shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged goods: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
